We want you to be satisfied with NatgasApp. If you're not satisfied, contact support within 7 days of the purchase date.

Refunds apply to first-time purchases (first subscription purchase per account).

How to request a refund

  • Email support@natgas.app from the email address used for the order.
  • Include the reason for your request and any relevant details.
  • If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Approved refunds are processed as soon as possible; timing depends on your payment provider/bank.

Notes

  • Refunds do not apply to renewals.
  • We may deny refunds in cases of fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
