New: CSV export and CFSv2 long-range outlook

Two additions this round.

CSV export — Pro users can download comparison chart data as CSV: mean values, P10/P90 ensemble ranges, and normals when enabled. Pull the series into your own spreadsheet or model from the comparison charts.

CFSv2 — we’ve added NOAA’s Climate Forecast System (CFSv2) as a long-range outlook for days 16–45. We apply our own multi-model bias correction on top of the base CFSv2. Available on Standard and Pro as background demand-risk context beyond the GEFS / ECMWF EPS horizon.
